We have some exciting news to announce – following months of hard work from the Mining Magazine team, the new and improved website has finally landed.

Founded in 1909 by Herbert Hoover, Mining Magazine is the definitive guide to the global mining industry, offering in-depth, technical insight into all operational aspects of mining.

The redesigned website will boost MM's industry-leading coverage; along with a fresh new look, we've enhanced the website structure so that readers will be able to easily find the news and other content that is the most relevant to them.

MM's New Online Editor

We have also appointed the talented Nia Kajastie as MM's new online editor; Nia has worked for Aspermont Media for over four years as editor of Geodrilling International, and more recently as MM's assistant editor. She will be responsible for curating the website to provide the best user experience, allowing us to provide more online-exclusive content in addition to the daily breaking news, in-depth reports, exclusive interviews and coverage of key industry events that MM is already known for. It will also enable us to introduce daily newsletters highlighting all of the most recent content on the website, as well as personalised email alerts.

The primary content channels of the new website focus on surface mining, underground mining, mineral processing, asset management, infrastructure and the Future of Mining.
