Company confirmed is in talks to sell its stake in the world's second largest copper mine to Indonesia's Inalum.

The pre-production capital expenditure is $404M, which includes $105 million of capital cost required to upgrade the government-owned North Canol Road.

The company's remaining South African assets are the Mponeng underground gold mine, and a surface operation.
