Review of NI 43-101 – Project Disclosure for Canadian-Listed Miners

Summary

Following a number of scandals that scarred the Canadian mining industry over the years, Canadian authorities developed codes and regulations that are considered project disclosure best practice today. This webcast dives into the National Instrument 43-101 and the codes that are used in conjunction with other instruments to ensure proper and timely disclosure of information from mining companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges. The practical aspects of the National Instrument 43-101 are explained and illustrated using real-life examples, and attendees will learn how to identify problems with non-compliant disclosures.
